I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not spotless but acceptable, however, the noise from the rooftop lounge made it impossible to sleep. The service was helpful but had limitations. The location in the center of Thonglor was convenient, but the language barrier was frustrating.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was fantastic right in the center of Thonglor with plenty of Japanese restaurants around, but the noise from the rooftop bar above my room made sleep impossible. The service was friendly overall, but they were not flexible with late checkouts and had an extra charge for it.
